1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms. If you use the platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for keeping credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape the platform in bulk, resell outputs as a data feed, or use the service to break applicable market or securities regulation.

4. Research output

All forecasts, probabilities, scenarios and assistant answers are research output. They are estimates under uncertainty and carry no guarantee of accuracy or future performance.

5. Data rights

Market data licensing, where a licensed feed is connected, is governed separately from your software plan and may carry additional exchange conditions and fees.

6. Availability and changes

Features, models and coverage may change as the platform evolves. We may suspend access for maintenance, security or non-payment.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is provided as-is and we are not liable for trading losses or indirect damages arising from use of research output.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate access for breach of these terms.
